Place: Sua Mountain (Bach Thao), Ngoc Ha, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi.
Objects of worship: Huyen Thien Hac Cong (Saint Hac Cong).
Characteristics: This festival originated from the swear custom of 3 hamlets: Ngoc Ha, Huu Tiep, Xuan Bieu to strengthen the union against the natural calamities and enemy-inflated destruction. People take part in the festival for meeting and entertainment: songs singing, bonsai contest, cooking steamed glutinous rice contest
