hamlets: Ngoc Ha, Huu Tiep, Xuan Bieu to strengthen the union against the
natural calamities and enemy-inflated destruction. People take part in the
festival for meeting and entertainment: songs singing, bonsai contest, cooking
steamed glutinous rice contest
