Time: 6th to the 16th day of the first lunar and the 12th day of the eighth lunar month.
Place: Vinh Thanh Hamlet, Vinh Ngoc Commune, Dong Anh District, Hanoi.
Objects of worship: The village's tutelary god Noi Hau (General of King An Duong Vuong) and his wife A Nuong, two sons: Dong Cong, Vuc Cong.
Characteristics: woman boats racing (lozenge-shaped wooden boats, the prow has shaped of dragon and crane heads), water puppetry show
