From 9 – 13 March 2016, Viet Nam National Administration of
Tourism (VNAT) in collaboration with Viet Nam Tourism Association, localities
and businesses participated in ITB Berlin 2016.
The national flag carrier Vietnam Airlines plans to launch a
direct flight from Hanoi to the Czech capital of Prague and vice versa in 2017
with the aim to boost tourism cooperation between the two countries.

low-cost carrier Vietjet Air after the airline decided to sell 250,000
promotional tickets starting from 0 VND to welcome its new route connecting Ho
Chi Minh City and Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) slated for June 1.
Visitors at Dong Thap province in the Mekong Delta will be amazed
at the immense plains, blooming lotus ponds, the flower village of Sa Dec and
the Lai Vung pink mandarin gardens.
Viet Nam is waiting for guidance from UNESCO in helping to
reclassify xoan singing from being a world’s intangible cultural heritage in
need of urgent protection, to simply being an intangible cultural heritage of
humanity.
The Vietnam National Administration of Tourism (VNAT) has asked
for closer coordination among its chapters in localities nationwide to take
strong measures to deal with illegal tourism businesses operated by foreigners
in Vietnam.

gas (CNG).
People will have opportunities to contemplate gold books and
other royal gold objects of the Nguyen Dynasty from March 31 at the Viet Nam
National Museum of History in Ha Noi.
Almost 300 passengers on a direct flight from Sweden’s capital
Stockholm arrived at Phu Quoc airport in the southern province of Kien Giang on
March 8th.
Tailoring services in Hoi An are fast and cheap, one of the
reasons why so many domestic and foreign tourists want to visit the ancient
town. While exploring the town and sampling its specialties, visitors can drop
in at any tailor’s shop to get some clothes custom tailored.
Ha Long Bay, Trang An-Bai Dinh Pagoda tourist complex, Son Doong
Cave and Cu Chi tunnels have been nominated for the world’s top 100 attractive
destinations, according to the Viet Nam Record Organization (VietKings).
