National Administration of Tourism (VNAT) and the central bank to allow travel

More than 600 years ago, the Ho Dynasty Citadel was built in
Vinh Loc district, Thanh Hoa province. Since then the unique stone work in
Southeast Asia was forgotten in wars. It was recognized by the UNESCO as a world
cultural heritage site in June 2011.
Scientists cannot explain how this bulky stone-made work was built in only three months, particularly how over 25,000 cu.m of rock, averaging 10-20 tons per rock, were transported to the construction site in that short period of time.
