Working process

Steps to get Vietnam visa approval letter:

1- Correctly fill in the visa form with all requirements. You are responsible for all the information submitted.

2- Settle the payment for the service. It is convenient to pay with credit card through secure payment gateway.

Right after receiving your visa application and payment, we will process your visa (depending on your requested processing time). Then we will send you the copy Vietnam visa approval letter by e-mail after we get it from Vietnam immigration office. Copy of the same document will be transmitted to Vietnam Embassy/Consulate or Vietnam immigration checkpoints at International Airports, so that when the applicant arrives in Vietnam, the Immigration officers will have those documents on hand and will be able to issue your entry visa.

3- Your customer bring the approval letter to get Vietnam visa at your chosen place (Vietnam Embassy or Vietnam Airport).

Note: Once selected place to get Vietnam visa, your customers have to get visa stamped there. Changing to another place will be treated as a new application.

- January 1: New Year's Day
- February 6 to 15: Traditional Lunar New Year Festival - Tet Holiday
- April 16: Ancestor Worshipping Anniversary
- April 30: Saigon Liberation Day
- May 1: International Labor Day
- September: National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam

If the Holiday falls on weekend, it will be extended to the first days of the next week.
