Happy New Tiger Year to you too. First of all your service has always been very good and professional. My only feedback would be that I did not realise that we had vouchers to collect the tickets and not the actual tickets. So when we arrived at the train station we were a bit confused where we had to go to. (It was also new year's eve so i guess the satation was a lot busier than normal). I think originally you said someone could meet us at the station and I guess if we had chosen to do this it would not have been a problem. I'm not sure what your standard procedure is. But if your customers are going to the station by themselves - i would make it clear that they have vouchers only and exactly where to go to collect the tickets.
