Thank you for the email - we had a wonderful time in Vietnam. Your
services were excellent and we would certainly recommend your company to other
travelers. I struggled to find suggestions for improving the service - one idea
that I would suggest would be to include a map of the Hanoi and Lao Cai train
stations so it is easier to figure out where to pick up to tickets. Other than
that, I have no complaints.
