We were very satisfied with the service that you provided to us. However, the Charm Hotel on Phu Quoc Island was in fact not so charming (the service was considerably bad and Hotel crew was purely organized). For this reason we would not recommend the Hotel. It was us who chose the Hotel. Therefore, it was not at all your mistake. We will recommend your service to friends that will travel to Vietnam in the future.
