Hi The trip was fantastic! Everything was well organized and we were always looked after well. I would totally recommend organizing a trip through your travel agency to everyone. We even got engaged on the Halong Bay cruise so it could not have been better for us. All the staff in all the hotels were great and could not do enough to help us I suggest that you do not use the Camilla hotel as places to stay as the night club is a real problem as it vibrates through the building all night. I suggest that you tell any customers to take tissues with them as toilet paper is a real issue in a lot of locations on the day trips and also to take some disinfectant hand cream as we are not used to the different bugs that are around Jenny Collin
