Dear Than Mai, thank you very much for you Mail, of course I remember you. As for you service. I only can judge about the e-mail service, and this was very good in my opinion. You always replyed to my e-mails really quick and my questions were all answerd. As it was my friend Susana who came to Hanoi, she was the one to receive the tickets, but I think there also everything was fine.
