Marjorie Fine group, American citizens, visited Vietnam on 29 July 2008
We are back today. There were some flight problems with a defective
plane in Saigon and we had to be rerouted through Tokyo, but arrived
today in LA. Your company did an excellent job of following the itinerary and providing excellent guide service and hotels, cars and drivers. The
language skills of the guides varied from adequate to excellent. They
all were cheerful, helpful, and informative. Our best guide was in Ho
Chi Minh. She assisted in the delivery of some humanitarian prosthetic
hands to the Cho Ray Hospital when the hotel was unable to deliver
messages properly to us. She really gave us the flavor of life in the
Mekong Delta as well as Saigon. The hotel in Saigon Mifuki was our
worst, dirty, poor breakfast, but well located. On our second trip
after she complained they gave us a cleaner room. The lobby fools you,
but the upstairs had stained carpets, insects on the walls. I think you
can do better there. I would suggest asking about meals. Each city
had a menu fixed in the restaurant but very repetitive from city to
city. You have so many food choices but we kept getting the same food
and too much of it, very wasteful. When we stated a preference we were
able to change the menu and sample foods to our liking for the same
price. We were very happy with your service overall. Thank you. Marjorie Fine
... We really had a wonderful time in Vietnam and we do appreciate the work and efforts you have made to put the program and activities together. Everything was really perfect and we are very pleased with the guides and drivers as well as the hotels you had reserved together with all activities ...
