Dear ms. Thi Lan, thank you for the approval letter. First of all, I ask you to please NOT list my email address on the Web (on www.e-travelvietnam.com or elsewhere). I wish to thank you for the prompt service and your courtesy. The service was speedy and fully satisfactory. If you wish to improve your service further, may I suggest this: Xoom asked me to write separately name and surname of mr Do Manh Duc. As a foreigner, I didn't know which is the surname and which is the first name. I had to do some research about Vietnamese names! :-) Maybe there are no problems at Xoom if name/surname are inverted, but I wasn't sure and could not risk a delay. On www.e-travelvietnam.com/PaymentMethods.asp maybe you can write which is the name and which is the surname. Also, again I recommend that you do not list email addresses of clients on the website. Writing them in white does not mean they will not become spammed (=receive unwanted advertising). What you could do is write them as part of JPG or GIF files, so clients can read them but they will not be collected by computers who collect addresses on the Web for spam. Thanks very much again, Giuliano
... We really had a wonderful time in Vietnam and we do appreciate the work and efforts you have made to put the program and activities together. Everything was really perfect and we are very pleased with the guides and drivers as well as the hotels you had reserved together with all activities ...
