Yes, we had nice days on Halong Bay with Phoenix Cruiser. The boat was clean and well maintained. Although the air-con in our room was not working, Tom let us use another room where the air-con worked. Unfortunately, this room was near the generator and we could hear the noise and feel the vibrations throughout the night. Meals were tasty, but portions a little small. Drink charges on the boat were reasonable. We only saw 2 caves, which was a little disappointing. In fact, on the second and third days, there was not much activities other than cruising on the Cruiser. Thank you for giving us a chance to comment on your tours.
