Thank you once again for your assistance in organizing our itinerary for our visit to your country. We had a most enjoyable time even though we were quite busy.
On the whole the tours you organized for us were excellent. Our guide to Mekong Delta, Thuy, was excellent. She was very informative and we could communicate very easily with her.
The hotel in HCMC was very noisy. We did not realize that this would be a problem as we were not aware that its location opposite the ferry terminal meant that we had a lot of traffic noise.
All of our other accommodation was excellent. We particularly enjoyed our time in Hue. The Green hotel was most comfortable and its location was very good.
We stayed at the Ancient House in Hoi An as this was recommended to us by friends who had previously stayed there. I know that we did not book this through you, but we found it to be excellent.
Our guide in Hanoi was good but we had some difficulty understanding him. We were disappointed that we didn’t have time to visit Ho Chi Minh Museum. I realize that we were only there for a short time and we only had time for a half day tour. It would have been preferable to see other landmarks in Hanoi rather than having a cyclo tour of the old quarter. We should have perhaps only gone to Halong Bay for one night so we could have had extra time in Hanoi. We didn’t account very well for the traveling times between locations.
If we had the opportunity to visit Vietnam again we would like to explore the areas around Da Lat and Sapa in greater depth.
