It was nice of you to follow-up and ask about your service!
I must say that I will disappoint you, because I don't have many
negative remarks.
Everything worked well: I received the copy of the visa letter, and
Singapore Airlines accepted that to let me travel to Hanoi. At the
airport, I went straight to the "Visa On Arrival" window, gave them the
letter, my picture, and $25, and within a few minutes I had a Visa and
was through immigration.
The car ride to the hotel was also comfortable, and I enjoyed the
overview commentary.
Since you were able to arrange everything so quickly, I was able to make
a side trip at very short notice, and that was worth the extra cost to
me.
The only slight negative thing I can think to tell you is that I didn't
notice your associate with my name on the sign until I was already at
the "Visa On Arrival" window, but that may be because I was one of the
first people off of the airplane, and because I walked quickly to be at
the front of the queue. So, I may have walked past him. But in any
case, he found me very quickly.
I look forward to another trip to Vietnam soon -- this time, I hope I
can plan to spend more time.
