Dear Van Minh,
We very much enjoyed our trip to Vietnam. Two of our flights were cancelled
by Vietnam Airlines which was rather frustrating but seemingly not uncommon.
We enjoyed our trip to the Mekong Delta but would have appreciated a 4 star
hotel for the overnight stay especially as it was a private tour. Also, we
would have preferred to be able to choose our own restaurant in the evening
and not have a set menu chosen by the guide.
Having arrived in HCM City I was surprised to find out that a private taxi
from the airport to our hotel only cost US$6 whereas you charged us $30 both
for the pick up and the return to the hotel. Although I willingly paid it
does seem a bit expensive.
Vietnam was fantastic and no doubt we will return for another visit.
