Four northern provinces sign deal to develop tourism

On November 11th, the capital city of Hanoi signed a deal to develop tourism with three northern provinces of Vinh Phuc, Tuyen Quang and Thai Nguyen in Vinh Yen, Vinh Phuc.
According to the deal, the four cities and provinces will cooperate to establish a project to develop infrastructure as well as to make tourism products suitable to specifics of geography, natural resources, and market of each region but still reflecting trans-regional connection. Moreover they will cooperate to build mutual tours linking destinations of the four cities and provinces together.
The localities will cooperate to upgrade skills and management capability in tourism to improve the quality of tourism human resources.
