VN-EU aviation agreement approved

PM Nguyen Tan Dung agreed the agreement between the Government of Viet Nam and the European Union (EU) on aviation cooperation which illustrates an important step towards strengthening aviation relations between the two sides.
The agreement will allow any EU airlines to provide flights between any EU member state and Viet Nam under their bilateral agreement.
The document will supposedly remove restrictions in bilateral air services agreements between Viet Nam and EU member states.
Minister-Chairman of the Office of Government Nguyen Xuan Phuc was assigned to seal the agreement with a competent EU representative.
The Government chief also gave a permission to temporally apply the agreement right after the signing.
