Drums to beat for anniversary

Musician Nguyen Cuong has composed Lac Hong Drumbeats to mark the 1,000th anniversary of Thang Long-Ha Noi.
The choral piece has been written for 100 bronze drums.
"While folk music is a symbol of our nation’s loving and forgiving nature, our strength is projected through the bronze drum. I feel excited every time I hear it," Cuong said.
