PVC, PVEP to build hotel complex

PetroVietnam Construction Joint Stock Corp (PVC) and PetroVietnam Exploration and Production Corp (PVEP) recently broke ground for the PetroVietnam Hotel Complex project in the northern city of Thai Binh.
The project, with total investment capital of VND503.2 billion (USD26.5 million), will be constructed on an area of 10,045m² in De Tham Ward in Thai Binh City with PVEP as the main investor.
The complex will be built under the international standards for a four-star hotel and will include a 15-storey hotel tower and a 17-storey tower of top-end apartments and offices for lease. Construction is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of next year.
