Important exhibits about Thang Long-Hanoi collected

In response to a campaign launched by the Hanoi Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, many organisations and individuals have donated to the Museum of Hanoi a great number of precious exhibits and souvenirs related to the Thang Long-Hanoi anniversary.
According to the Vietnam News Agency, at the campaign launching ceremony on January 28th, the Son Tay Antique Collection Club and Bui Huu Dung, a native from Tay Ho district, presented 122 objects, some dating back to 3,500 years ago, and 630 exhibits, respectively.
A collection of letters written by the late hero Dang Thuy Tram was also given to the museum by her mother, Mrs Doan Ngoc Tram.
The Museum of Hanoi, one of Hanoi’s key cultural institutions to celebrate 1,000 years of Thang Long-Hanoi, is now under construction in My Dinh.
