"Charming Vietnam” exhibition opens in Vientiane

More than 100 works of art from Vietnam are on display at an exhibition opened in Vientiane on August 31.
The “Charming Vietnam” exhibition displays paintings, photos, and ceramics, as well traditional Vietnamese traditional dresses.There is also a stand devoted to the special friendship between Vietnam and Laos, helping visitors to better understand the culture and people of Vietnam.
The show is part of a Vietnamese culture week in Laos from August 30-September 4 in the framework of an annual cooperation programme agreed by the Vietnam Ministry of Culture, Sport and Tourism and the Lao Ministry of Information and Culture.
The exhibition will last on September 4.
