World’s beauties deeply impressed by Vietnamese conical hat

      A dance with conical hats, performed by Vietnamese beauty queen Hoang Diep, impressed the jury at the ongoing 2009 International Beauty Queen Contest in China.
The outstanding performance won Hoang Diep the title Miss Talent, which was also conferred to two beauty queens from Brazil and Puerto Rico.
Together with the dance utilizing conical hats, Hoang Diep also made other international beauties excited when she presented 60 conical hats to 42 contestants and representatives of the Organization Board.
Diep confided that many beauties promised to bring the present back to their homelands and introduce Vietnam to their relatives and friends. Several contestants expressed their eagerness of visiting Vietnam, in the near future, to learn the technique of making pretty conical hats to protect themselves from sunlight, rain, and other elements in daily life.
