Book marking 1,000 years of Hanoi published

      The book “1,000 years of Thang Long – Hanoi”, written by the Hanoi researcher Nguyen Vinh Phuc, with over 800 columns, was published to help readers with precise and rich information on the capital city.
The questions and answers are divided into seven subject areas namely geographical names of different places; events related to history; culture-education-health; literature-art; personalities; President Ho Chi Minh; Hanoi and economy-tourism; and sports.
The 1,066 page book, published by The Young Publishing House, is to mark the 1,000th founding anniversary of the city and at the same time help people better their view and understanding about the city.
