Summer, call of the sea

In the scorching summer, there’s nothing more interesting than playing freely at the seaside. Beaches such as Co To, Cat Ba, and Do Son in the north, Sam Son, Cua Lo, and Thien Cam in the central region, and Danang, Nha Trang, and Phu Quoc in the south are packed with Vietnamese and foreign tourists.
The beaches of northern Vietnam have been crowded since the beginning of the summer. Cat Ba beach in Hai Phong city is attractive for its natural and romantic scenery. Apart from swimming in the sea, tourists can explore the forests, rivers, and islands.
Thu Phuong, a representative from Aroma Travel company, provides tours to Co To and Quan Lan islands in Quang Ninh provinces: “This year more tourists have come to Quan Lan and Co To which have some rarely explored beaches. The travel cost is reasonable. Many guests go to Hai Tien beach, about 15 km from Thanh Hoa City. It’s about 155 km south of Hanoi. The service, accommodation, and food is reasonable.”
Co To is a new tourist site on the northern tourist map. Travelers can enjoy untouched nature and the long, sloping beaches with white sands and crystal-clear water. Hong Van and Van Chay are among the most beautiful beaches. Swimming, strolling along the beach, or lying at leisure and watching the sea will surely bring peace of mind.
Sam Son beach in Thanh Hoa province has been popular in northern Vietnam for hundreds of years. Traveling farther south, tourists will come to Thien Cam beach in Ha Tinh province. The long beach here is surrounded by high and steep mountains, creating amazing views.
