Another resort under construction in Phu Quoc District

Tran Thai Real Estate Ltd. Co. has started the construction of Tran Thai Marina & Resort in Ganh Gio Village, Duong Dong Town, Phu Quoc District in Kien Giang Province.
This 41hectare project includes 11 hectares of protection and preservation forest, 15.23 hectares of service and trade and the rest is for 71 villas for sale.
The resort will include a seven-storey five-star hotel with 300 rooms, a VIP hotel for senior leaders, a restaurant on the sea, and a wharf capable of receiving cruises.
Tran Thai Marina & Resort will have hi-class spa, clean power system and environmentally-friendly sewage treatment system.
This project is expected to be completed by late 2013. The capital for first period of this project is over VND 900 billion (around US $45 million).
