Halong Tourism Festival 2009 officially debuts The Quang Ninh People’s
Committee yesterday announced the launch of the Halong Tourism Festival 2009 and
the opening of an exhibition to display “Made in Quang Ninh” products, which
will take place from April 24th to May 2nd 2009 with the theme “Halong Wonder –
Rendezvous”.
