In April 2008, we launched the debut of 20 Villas, expertly designed and built in combination of Classical French motif and Japanese Meditation in accordance with Feng Shui. Each villa offers a unique combination of the most beautiful panoramic view of the coast and the surrounding mountains with the highest quality of accommodation available. These homes are well-equipped, featuring details such as 4 bedrooms, 4 ½ bathrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen and especially 1 spa room that accommodate sauna, steam bath and Jacuzzi. At the second stage, we will continue the development of 80 rooms and make completion to the systems of services such as: kindergarten, karaoke rooms, golf-driving range, a mini-theater, library and a conference hall with the capacity of up to 250 guests, and especially a Royal Garden SPA where we pride ourselves in focusing the unique form of complete SPA services Facilities
