Processing time: The processing time for Vietnam visa approval letter is 2-3 working days for normal service. In this case, the processing time is started from the next working day after the visa application is sent and the payment is made. For urgent services, processing time is described clearly for each case.

Within an hour after payment for our service fee, if you do not get our mail confirming your visa order, please contact us at visatuanlinhtravel@gmail.com for information about your booking. Visa approval letter will be sent to your email after (your selected) processing time. We are not responsible for losing or being wrongly put in spam box of the emails we send to address you provided.
Fees and Payment: You agree to pay all fees for the visa service offered by Tuan Linh Travel. Your credit card(s) will be billed immediately after online verification takes place.
Cancellation and Refund: The Vietnam Immigration Department applies a no-refund policy on all Vietnam visas as they charge for work done and not per granted visa. Once your visa application is sent and payment made or an Approval letter issued by the Immigration Department we are unable to reimburse you the visa fee. It is your obligation to supply us with all the correct information required for your visa at the time of your intended departure. We are not responsible for any visa granted incorrectly or refused entry due to incorrect visa information. Though every effort will be made on our part to correct any visa issues prior to departure, no refund will be given by us in the event of false or incorrect information being supplied by visa applicant. We strongly recommend that you check your visa application carefully before submitting to our service.
Refund Policy: Fee for our visa service will be refunded to your account in case your Vietnam visa application is declined by the Immigration Department.
Communications: By using our services you give Tuan Linh Travel permission to contact you via email, or phone for all purposes including distribution of marketing and promotional materials
Website Accuracy: We try our best to correctly describe all services that appear on the website. However, we can not warrant that all the statements, definitions, and descriptions are most current, accurate, and error free. Vietnam Immigration Department often changes its requirements and fees without prior warning and changes can take effect immediately. We keep the right to be exempted in any event that any description of service or any information on our site become outdated or inaccurate.
Disclaimers: We are not responsible for any loss, delay or cancellation of your flight ticket, tour or accommodation booking made for your trip to Vietnam in case your visa application is declined by the Immigration Department of Vietnam.
Normally, it takes 2-3 working days to process an approval letter, however, there are also exceptions, delay due to unforeseen problems since the process is highly dependent on the Immigration Department of Vietnam. We strongly recommend that you apply for a visa at least 1-2 weeks in advance to avoid any problems.
The letter of approval is issued separately for each application, however, in some cases (During high seasons and urgent processing requests), it is issued on a shared basis for all applicants who apply for a visa at the same time or same date of arrival based on the Immigration Department sole decision.
