First of all, when we arranged the tour I was very impressed by the speed you answered my emails and the way you handled our requests.
The tour itself was a fantastic experience in a very beautiful country with warm and open Vietnamese people.
If we should give you any remarks on the bad side, it will have to be the hotel we stayed in in Sapa. We were given a room in the basement of the hotel and it was extremely humid and not very pleasant to stay in.
Otherwise, we were extremely pleased both with your service and the various guides’ services during the tour.
